Delphi Architects and Planners are a multidisciplinary office that provides both a specialist planning consultancy service together with a comprehensive architectural design service. We are staffed with both MIPI registered planners and RIAI registered architects and technologists in order to provide an expert planning and architectural service for both private and commercial developments.
Our Services
In addition to providing a joint planning and architectural service to our clients, our office has in-house expertise for the following services:
Architecture - We offer independent architectural services from inception to completion for both private contracts and design build service.
Planning - We offer independent planning services including feasibility planning reports, expert advice or consultancy on applications from preparation of SHD submissions to assitance with appeals to ABP.
Feasibility Studies - Our combined expertise and experience leave us ideally placed to carry out comprehensive development feasibility studies for sites.
Legal Mapping - We have extensive experience in dealing with contract mapping, land registry, declarations etc.
Building Information Modelling - We use the latest and most cutting edge CAD technology that allows us to deliver BIM throughout our design service. We have expanded this discipline to include 3d Printing, VR based Virtual Walk Through experiences and Interactive Models that are made available to our clients.
BCMS Assigned Certifier - We can provide assigned certifier services in addition to ancillary certificates for design.

History
Delphi Architects, Planners + Development Consultants consists of Registered Architects and Chartered Town Planners. The practice has evolved from the office of Davey + Smith Architects, set up by Greg Davey and David Smith in 2010, and Fenton Associates, a major Architectural and Planning Practice that has over thirty years experience in catering for residential development. Our office provides a comprehensive service that deals with all issues, from feasibility of development through design to planning permission and compliance with Building Regulations, to input on site, preparation of sale documentation including Architect's Opinions of Compliance and Land Registry details.
Delphi deal with many aspects of both commercial and residential development and have consolidated the practice to deal with current planning issues such as Appropriate Assessment, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIS’s), Strategic Development Zones (SDZ) planning issues, and planning consultancy and advice to developers, Local Authorities and associations such as the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) and the Irish House Builders Association (IHBA) on matters such as density issues, land availability and impacts of Building Regulations.
